Have you ever had a good day? How about a great day? What about a PERFECT day?

Today I had a perfect day. I prefer perfect days over most other types of days. Bad hair days, Mondays, National Hug Your Dog days, and even Waffle House days. A perfect day is very nice.

A perfect day is actually pretty easy to have. God is perfect and God is happy (1 Tim 1:11 Clarke).  Jesus was given to us so we can share the qualities of God! (Eph 3:19).

Today I had a lot of work to do. In my own strength, I would have pouted, complained, and failed miserably. Not a lot of good comes out of my own efforts. But I didn't look at my circumstances from my point of view and with the perspective of my limited strength. I looked at them through God's eyes; through FAITH. That is possible to do because I have the mind of Christ. (1 Cor 2:16)

Now I am jamming to a sweet album by Kye Kye. Every line is a Bible verse. I love the peacefulness the Word brings. It is getting me excited about series on FAITH this month at The Rush on Sunday nights. You can listen to the album here and look at the lyrics here.
